Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified. We offer Free Shipping Worldwide* via USPS First Class Mail (Domestic or International), and will insure every shipment we send through a reputable third-party insurance provider, at no cost to you. *Free Shipping Worldwide only covers regular USPS First Class Postage rates. Import fees, duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs are (if any apply).
The free shipping worldwide promotion does not apply to Italy and Malta, as they do not allow precious gems and jewelry to be shipped via regular first class mail. Customs requires that all jewelry shipments going to Italy or Malta are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail as Registered packages. In order to reduce the risk of lost and/or confiscated packages, we must comply with these regulations. We will still cover the costs for regular first class postage and shipping insurance, however we will charge an additional $9.95 for registering the package (although our actual cost is quite a bit more).
International Buyers:
Although we do not require that international shipments are shipped via Registered Mail (excluding Italy and Malta), we do strongly recommend it, especially on higher priced items. Registered Mail allows the package to be tracked the entire way, whereas regular first class mail can only be tracked until it leaves the US. Several precautions are taken to prevent the package from being opened en route, and it also requires that each person to handle the package signs off on it's safe delivery.
If you'd like your package to be shipped via Registered First Class International Mail, please contact us and we'll apply the additional $9.95 to your invoice.
Quality Assurance & Return Policy:
All of our products are of the highest quality or we do not sell them! Quality is the main factor in deciding which items we make available to our customers. We always keep our prices as low as possible without sacrificing quality. It's because of these high standards that we offer a no-hassle refund policy, with return shipping, of course, paid by us! If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Upon the return of your item, you will be issued a full refund or you may opt for an exchange or merchandise credit instead. Please note that we cannot accept returns on rings that have been sized, or other items that have been altered in any way.
